MITCHELL – A free screening of the documentary film “The Addict’s Wake” will be held Tuesday, Feb. 17, at 6:30 p.m at the Mitchell Opera House.
Organizers say the award-winning documentary offers a powerful look at the addiction crisis and explores paths toward healing. The screening is intended for those personally affected by addiction as well as community members who want to learn how to better support others.
The event is designed to encourage open conversation, reduce stigma and help build a stronger, healthier and more informed community.
