LOOGOOTEE – The Martin County 4-H has extended the submission deadline for its 2026 T-Shirt Design Contest, giving community members additional time to enter after recent weather-related cancellations and delays.

Designs are now due by noon on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. The contest is open to both youth and adults, with entries accepted from individuals or teams. Participants are invited to create artwork that captures the spirit of 4-H, highlighting creativity, community involvement, and the wide range of programs and activities offered throughout the year.
The contest is organized by the Martin County 4-H Junior Leaders in partnership with Purdue Extension Martin County. Submissions must follow official 4-H clover and emblem guidelines and be formatted using the official shirt outline provided by the Extension office.
The winning design will become the official Martin County 4-H T-shirt, with proceeds from shirt sales supporting Junior Leader activities and programs. Winners and runners-up will also receive prizes and community recognition. Last year’s contest winner was Bo Hoffman.
Entries may be submitted in person at the Purdue Extension Martin County office or emailed to heledd@purdue.edu and megan.hawkins@shoals.k12.in.us. Full contest rules, design templates, and submission details are available on the Purdue Extension Martin County website.
Community members interested in art, design, or supporting local youth programs are encouraged to participate and help shape the look of Martin County 4-H for 2026.
