HELTONVILLE –The Heltonville Youth League will host a free Kids Pitch Baseball Clinic on Saturday, March 7, 2026, offering young players a chance to sharpen their skills and prepare for the upcoming season. The clinic is open exclusively to HYL 2026 baseball players in the Kids Pitch age groups.
The clinic will be held at the JWC Baseball Facility, 514 L St., Bedford, and will focus on the fundamentals of batting, pitching, and catching. Sessions are divided by age group: 9–10-year-olds from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m., and 11–13-year-olds from 2:00 to 2:45 p.m.
Organizers say the clinic also serves as an assessment opportunity, especially helpful for players new to Kids Pitch baseball. In addition to instruction, new HYL players can expect prizes and gear giveaways to help them get ready for the season.
Spots are limited. Registration can be completed by texting the child’s name and age to 812-276-6708, with on-site sign-ups also available if space allows. Parents are encouraged to register early to secure a spot.
