Bloomington Pet Expo returns to Switchyard Park on March 8

BLOOMINGTON – The annual Bloomington Pet Expo is set to return on Sunday, March 8, offering a fun, educational day for pet owners and animal lovers of all ages. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Switchyard Park Pavilion, located at 1601 S. Rogers St.

Hosted by the City of Bloomington, the Pet Expo brings together pet-focused vendors, animal organizations, and pet care professionals for a one-stop showcase of products, services, and resources. Attendees can explore the latest pet-related items, meet adoptable animals, and get expert advice on pet health, training, and care.

Well-behaved pets are welcome to attend alongside their owners, provided they are kept on leashes or secured in appropriate carriers. The event is designed to be inclusive of all types of companions—furry, feathered, or scaly—making it a popular outing for families as well as dedicated pet enthusiasts.

Admission to the Bloomington Pet Expo is free, and no tickets are required to attend. Those interested in participating as vendors can register for a booth using the official registration form at https://pci.jotform.com/form/253504705180148.

Organizers caution the public to be aware of scams. Tickets and booth spaces are not sold through social media or third-party platforms, and any such offers should be avoided.
