LAWRENCE COUNTY – North Lawrence Community Schools will host its Kindergarten Welcome events in early March, providing families with an opportunity to meet school staff, learn more about kindergarten, and prepare for the upcoming school year.
Families are asked to bring a birth certificate, proof of address, and any applicable custodial or guardianship agreements. Activities will include meeting the principal, meeting kindergarten teachers, learning about kindergarten and the school, and additional family activities.
Kindergarten Welcome will be held at Parkview on March 3 and March 5 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Needmore will host its event March 3 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Dollens will hold its welcome night March 5 from 5 to 6:30 p.m., along with Lincoln on March 5 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Shaw’swick will host its event March 3 and March 5 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
