BEDFORD – STARS Juniors Volleyball Club, in partnership with the Bedford North Lawrence High School Volleyball Program, is launching Volley Tots, a weekly volleyball fundamentals clinic designed for young athletes in kindergarten through sixth grade. The program will run from January through April, meeting Sundays from 3 to 4 p.m. at the BNL Auxiliary Gym.
Volley Tots is designed to introduce children to the basics of volleyball in a fun, energetic, and age-appropriate setting. Participants will learn essential skills such as passing, setting, serving, movement, and teamwork, all while building confidence and a love for the game. With volleyball now recognized as the fastest-growing female sport in the United States, organizers say the program offers an ideal entry point for young players interested in trying something new or developing early athletic skills.

Instruction will be led by an experienced coaching staff that includes former Division I players and coaches, Bedford North Lawrence volleyball coaches and current players, and members of the STARS Juniors coaching team. The clinic also serves as the official feeder program for the BNL Volleyball Team, helping young athletes build a strong foundation for future competitive play.
The cost to participate is $50 per month, and registration is now open. Families interested in enrolling their child can sign up online at https://shorturl.at/y4CSA. Organizers encourage early registration, noting that space may be limited.
With its focus on skill development, positive coaching, and fun, Volley Tots aims to help young athletes learn, play, and grow—both on and off the court.
