MITCHELL — The Mitchell Chamber of Commerce is inviting residents across the school district to take part in this year’s Holiday Lighting Contest, with judging set for Friday, Dec. 19, 2025.
Homes may enter in one of three categories — Theme, Rookie, or Queen’s Choice — and each winner will receive a 2026 annual state park pass. The contest is open to all addresses within the Mitchell Community Schools district boundaries.
Residents wishing to participate should call the Chamber office at 812-849-4441 to submit their address for judging. Winners will be announced Monday, Dec. 22, 2025.
