Bedford’s First Baptist Church hosting Holiday Market Nov. 14–15

BEDFORD First Baptist Church will host its annual Holiday Vendor Market on Friday, Nov. 14, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 15, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church. The two-day market, which has been going on for more than 20 years, will feature local vendors, handcrafted gifts, baked goods, food trucks, and a fundraiser supporting the church’s children’s ministry.

Shoppers will find boutique clothing, handmade crafts, soaps and lotions, home décor, purses and jewelry, embroidered items, woodwork, crocheted pieces, seasonal wreaths, and more. Food trucks scheduled to attend include Pili’s Party Taco, Busy B’z, Ellie May’s BBQ, and Slop Shop.

A raffle basket fundraiser will take place throughout the event. Tickets may be purchased following both church services during the market. Each ticket can be placed toward specific items, and winners do not need to be present when the drawing takes place at 1 p.m. on Saturday.

A bake sale will also be available, featuring a build-your-own cookie tray option along with hot cider and hot chocolate. A cake walk is scheduled once per hour during market hours.

All proceeds benefit First Baptist Church’s children’s ministry programs.

The event will be held at First Baptist Church of Bedford, 1515 20th Street.
