Bloomington Farmers’ Market hits major milestone, announces November dates

BLOOMINGTON The Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market had its best year since before the pandemic, announcing this week that it surpassed 100,000 visitors during the recent season.

The significant milestone signals a strong return to pre-pandemic vibrancy and reflects the continuous support from local vendors, shoppers, and staff.

This milestone is a testament to the ongoing support of vendors, shoppers, and staff who make the Market a vibrant gathering place each week. Officials are excited to carry that energy into a banner 2026 season.

November Market Moves to Switchyard Park

With the primary outdoor season wrapping up, the Market is transitioning to its indoor schedule for November.

The November Market begins this Saturday and will be held every Saturday this month. For the third consecutive year, the Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market and the Bloomington Winter Farmers’ Market will co-host the event. The market runs from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Switchyard Park Pavilion.

As the Market looks ahead to next year, organizers are seeking community feedback. Shoppers are encouraged to complete a brief customer survey to help shape the 2026 season.
