ORLEANS — The historic 1847 Home in Orleans will once again come alive with music, dance, and community spirit as the Front Porch Concert returns for its ninth year on Friday, October 10, from 5 to 9 p.m. The free family event kicks off the Orleans Fall Festival and has become a beloved tradition for the community.
Guests are invited to bring their lawn chairs and enjoy a full evening of live entertainment and activities. The night begins at 6 p.m. with a performance by the Dazzlers Dance Team, followed by the Orleans Bulldog Regiment at 6:15 p.m., where the band will also reveal its much-anticipated 2025 show.
Local talent will shine as Orange County teen Zaden Cave takes the stage at 6:30 p.m. for a heartfelt acoustic set. Then, at 7 p.m., Kirby Stailey will headline the evening with a powerful night of praise, worship, and unforgettable music.

The block party atmosphere extends beyond the music. Visitors can enjoy an ice cream social hosted by Hometown Scoops, food trucks serving festival favorites, and family activities. Orleans Fire & Rescue will display antique fire trucks and equipment, while the Orleans Police Department will provide an interactive “Under the Influence” simulator as part of the community’s safe night event.
Located just one block west of Highway 37 at 281 W. Washington St., Orleans, the concert offers a chance for families and friends to gather, celebrate, and kick off the fall festival weekend in style.
This community tradition combines history, entertainment, and small-town hospitality, making it a can’t-miss event. Admission is free, and all are welcome.
