LINTON – Do you have an air fryer gathering dust on your counter, or are you considering buying one? Purdue Extension Greene County is hosting a free workshop, “Cooking with an Air Fryer,” on Thursday, Aug. 28, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the William Murphy Adult Community Building at Glenburn.
The program, led by D’Lee Rush, HHS Educator and Interim CED for Purdue Extension Greene County, will cover the basics of air fryers, their benefits, and how to care for them. The event will also include a live food demonstration, providing attendees with practical tips and inspiration for using this popular kitchen appliance.
