Jamie Ane Eubanks, the visionary CEO and co-founder of Magical Vacation Planner (MVP), continues to shape the travel planning industry with a heartfelt return to her roots, the grand opening of the MVP Entrepreneur Learning Center (ELC) in Mitchell, Indiana. This new facility honors the company’s beginnings while advancing its mission to inspire the next generation of dreamers.
“Bringing the MVP Entrepreneur Learning Center to life in my hometown of Mitchell, Indiana, is truly a full-circle moment. This is where it all began, where MVP took its very first steps,” said Jamie Eubanks. “To now return with this beautiful, magical new building is more than just a milestone; it’s a celebration of growth, community, and opportunity. I can’t wait to open our doors, connect with incredible vendors, and share the amazing world of travel with future entrepreneurs right here in the heart of where it all started.”
Founded nearly 20 years ago, MVP began in Mitchell, sparked by Jamie’s passion for travel, her education in marketing and tourism, and her global experience in the banking and tourism industries. Despite challenges in finding traditional employment at the time, Jamie built MVP from the ground up into one of the most respected names in the travel industry, particularly in Disney-focused planning.
“Magical Vacation Planner started right here in Mitchell nearly 20 years ago. I was born and raised here, raised my kids here, and this is where my love for Disney and entrepreneurship came to life. With faith, trust, and pixie dust, MVP was born right here in my hometown,” Jamie added.
Jamie now serves on Disney’s Earmarked Travel Advisory Council, advising one of the world’s most beloved brands. Under her leadership, MVP has been named a Diamond Agency with Disney, a U-Preferred partner with Universal, and a two-time Central Partner of the Year with Royal Caribbean. The company has earned multiple Magellan Awards and recognition for its unique marketing collaborations, including its work with NASCAR and its industry-acclaimed annual MVP Conference.
“I watched Jamie build this dream and felt called to be part of it, so I brought my heart, my skills, and even my history in Mitchell, from design to that final beam. It’s been an incredible journey bringing MVP’s Entrepreneur Learning Center to life. I’ve truly enjoyed putting my heart into it, from the very first sketch to the final beam. Every inch of this center reflects love, purpose, and a hometown commitment,” said J.J. Eubanks.
The new MVP ELC in Mitchell is more than just an office, it’s a purpose-built hub for creativity, mentorship, and innovation.
“Every element, down to the custom furniture from JSI Furniture, where I had the privilege of working while living here in Mitchell, means something to me. While Jamie continues to lead with vision and passion, I’m proud to have created a space that reflects the soul of MVP. This building will serve as a hub for MVP training, vendor collaboration, and meaningful connection with our travel advisors. We’re proud of what we’ve built and excited to open the doors, and our hearts, to Mitchell. The possibilities ahead for MVP’s Entrepreneur Learning Center are just as magical as the place where it all began.”
