PAOLI – Organizers of the 2025 Orange County 4-H Fair are calling for volunteers to help ensure the success of the annual event. Assistance is needed for various fair activities, including static project judging and supervision of the static building.
Specifically, the fair is seeking judges’ assistants on two dates:
- Monday, June 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (volunteers asked to arrive by 4:30 p.m.)
- Wednesday, June 19, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (volunteers asked to arrive by 4:30 p.m.)
Responsibilities for judges’ assistants include locating and tagging 4-H projects, collecting and organizing record sheets, helping judges with scorecards, recording ribbon placements and honors, and ensuring a smooth and efficient judging process.
