BEDFORD — Camp Invention will host its “Discover” summer program at Lincoln Elementary School, located at 2014 F Street in Bedford, from June 23 to June 27, 2025. This marks the 10th year for the program at this location.
The program will run daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for students entering kindergarten through sixth grade, with a registration fee of $275. A special program is also available for students entering 7th through 9th grade for a fee of $175. Extended care will be offered from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for an additional $100 per child.
Families registering two children can use the code SIBLOVE30 to save $30 on each child, and those registering three or more children can use the code SIBLOVE40 to save $40 per child. Parent volunteers may be eligible for a $100 discount by contacting the organizers directly.
Jamie Sterling Hooten from Lincoln Elementary will direct the program, with Heather Kevin Umphress serving as the assistant director. Module instructors include teachers Brittany Chastain and Sara Perry from Shawswick, Kristie Mallatt Fleetwood from Lincoln, and Maggie Finley from Orleans. If the program reaches 90 campers, an additional instructor will be added.
Camp Invention’s “Discover” program aims to engage young innovators through hands-on activities and challenges.
