Bloomington Music Expo set for October 11 at Switchyard Park

BLOOMINGTON — Music enthusiasts can browse a wide selection of music-related items at the Bloomington Music Expo, scheduled for Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The event will be held at the Switchyard Park Pavilion at 1601 S. Rogers Street in Bloomington. Attendees can expect to find over 50 tables featuring thousands of items, including new and used LPs, 45s, CDs, and cassettes. Additionally, the expo will offer record sleeves, posters, T-shirts, music memorabilia, and other related merchandise.

Organizers say the expo will cater to a variety of musical tastes, with a significant presence of classic rock, pop, 1980s hits, and metal, alongside genres such as punk, soul, R&B, jazz, hip-hop, country, bluegrass, soundtracks, and more niche categories. Items ranging from budget-friendly records to rare collectibles will be available.

General admission to the Bloomington Music Expo will open at 10:00 a.m. and cost $2 per person, with a maximum charge of $10 per family. Children aged 12 and under will be admitted free. Admission is cash only.

Door prizes, including BCW Record Supplies and shopping certificates for the show, will be drawn at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. While vendors prefer cash, some may accept cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and other digital payment methods.
