Orange County small businesses eligible for new grant

FRENCH LICK – The Orange County Economic Development Partnership (OCEDP) will begin accepting applications for its new Small Business Grant program on May 1st.

The grant is available to both new and existing businesses located within Orange County. To be eligible, businesses must be members of the OCEDP and have fewer than 30 employees. Grant recipients will be required to provide a 25% match.

Businesses can apply for up to $10,000. Eligible uses for the grant funds include, but are not limited to, building renovation and repair, signage and façade improvements, engineering, planning, and design costs, equipment and supplies, marketing, website creation, and other expenses as approved by OCEDP.

Applications will be accepted from May 1st until May 30th. Grant documents can be found under the “Funding Sources” tab on the OCEDP website at https://www.ocedp.com/resources.
