Honor Central Indiana’s top young leaders: Nominations now open for Indy’s Best & Brightest Awards

INDIANAPOLIS — Every company has that one individual everyone relies on—the person who mentors without being asked, shows up dedicated to community service, and elevates everyone around them. Junior Achievement of Central Indiana is giving local organizations and residents the opportunity to formally recognize those key contributors as nominations open for the annual Indy’s Best & Brightest Awards, presented by KPMG.

The awards celebrate outstanding young professionals aged 45 and younger who excel in their professional careers while making a meaningful impact across Central Indiana. Great nominees stand out for their leadership, innovation, mentorship, and community involvement, embodying a deep commitment to making the region a better place to live and work.

Community members are encouraged to consider nominating:

  • A rising leader on their team who is ready for national recognition
  • A client, business partner, or peer making significant strides in their industry
  • A volunteer or board member who gives generously to local causes
  • A colleague or friend whose work and community focus inspire others

Submitting a nomination takes only a few minutes, but the recognition can carry a lasting impact. Organizers note that many past honorees share that being nominated was the first time their contributions were formally celebrated by peers and colleagues.

The nomination deadline for this year’s awards is December 16, 2026.

The full class of honorees will be celebrated at an awards ceremony on April 21, 2027, hosted at the Fishers Event Center.
