BEDFORD — Legendary radio broadcaster Don Fischer, renowned as the longtime “Voice of the Indiana Hoosiers,” will headline the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence County’s 2026 Annual Dinner & Auction next month.
The event, themed “Lights. Camera. Impact.,” is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 2009 19th St. in Bedford. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with the main program beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear stories from Fischer’s storied broadcasting career, reliving iconic moments in Indiana sports history while supporting programs for local youth.
“For generations, Don has been the voice behind some of the most unforgettable moments in Indiana sports, and we are honored to welcome him for a special evening supporting local kids and teens,” said Ashley Gilstrap, Director of Resource Development for the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence County.
