INDIANA – Indiana Grown announced the winner of the fourth annual Indiana’s Ultimate Farmers Market Challenge as Franklin Farmers Market in Franklin, Indiana, for the second year in a row.

The contest is a chance for customers across the state to vote for their favorite hometown farmers’ market to encourage local engagement and statewide recognition. In total, there were more than 10,000 votes cast during the two-week voting period. Franklin Farmers Market received nearly 2,800 votes.

Franklin Farmers Market is a Saturday market operated from May through September, 8 a.m. to noon. This market features more than 90 vendors, live music, and monthly themed days. You can learn more about this special market here.
The Westfield Farmers Market received the second most votes, and the Farmers Market at Winona Lake received the third most votes.
