MICHIGAN CITY – CLH, CPAs & Consultants is proud to recognize two recipients of its 2026 R.I.K.I. Spotlight Awards during the second quarter of 2026. Kayla (Gentry) Kranc, Senior Accountant, and Lisa Bedwell, Internal Accounting, were honored for their dedication and daily actions that exemplify the firm’s culture and values.


The R.I.K.I. Spotlight Award program highlights team members who consistently embody CLH’s core principles of Relationships, Integrity, Knowledge and Innovation. Through peer nominations, employees recognize colleagues who go above and beyond in serving clients, supporting one another and strengthening the firm’s collaborative culture.
Kranc received the R.I.K.I. Spotlight Award for exemplifying CLH’s core values of knowledge and relationships through her initiative, collaboration and client service. She was recognized for taking the lead in researching and solving a complex financial statement issue and arriving at a well-supported solution. She also stood out for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing dependable support on complex matters and maintaining communications throughout projects.
Bedwell was honored with the R.I.K.I. Spotlight Award for consistently demonstrating CLH’s core values of integrity, knowledge and relationships through her leadership and dedication to the firm. She successfully led the LaPorte office’s relocation with exceptional organization and initiative. She also stood out for her thoughtful decision-making and strong work ethic in building positive relationships that support both the firm’s operations and long-term success.
