BEDFORD — North Lawrence Community Schools is asking the community to help students begin the new school year with confidence by donating backpacks and essential hygiene products.
The district has launched a donation drive to ensure every student has access to necessities needed for success in the classroom.
School officials said community support can help remove barriers to learning by providing students with supplies that promote confidence and readiness on the first day of school.
Donors can contribute by purchasing items through the district’s Amazon Wish List.
District leaders said every donation helps create opportunities for students to thrive both academically and personally throughout the school year.
