GREENE COUNTY — A local four-year-old is preparing to take the stage in Nashville, Tennessee, representing her hometown on a national level as Tiny Miss Greene County at the America’s Best Pageant (ABP) National Pageant.
Bristol Mattingly’s pageant journey began in the fall of 2024 at the Bloomfield Apple Festival. Entering her very first competition, she quickly fell in love with the experience. Under the guidance of ABP director Jessi, Bristol has spent the past two years developing confidence, public speaking skills, and a strong sense of community service while accumulating a list of regional awards and titles.
Community Outreach at the Heart of Her Journey
While Bristol enjoys the fun and dress-up of competition—including winning her category’s Showcase Interview award—her favorite part of pageant participation is local volunteer work.
Through America’s Best Pageant outreach programs, Bristol has focused on supporting families across Greene County and surrounding areas:
- Food & Supply Drives: Collected non-perishable food items for local pantries and gathered baby supplies, food, and personal hygiene products for Second Time’s A Charm for C2C.
- Healthcare Visits: Spent time visiting staff and patients at the Indiana University Infusion Center to share encouragement.
- Community Events: Made guest appearances at the Franklin County 4-H Fair and local community gatherings in Sandborn.

When she isn’t wearing a sash or gathering donations, Bristol leads a busy four-year-old life. She loves playing with Barbies, dancing, singing, spending time outdoors, and watching Sam & Cat. She also enjoys imaginative play, often pretending to be a doctor, police officer, or firefighter.
Bristol is the daughter of Gage and Kayetlyn Mattingly and the younger sister of Tyson. Her family expresses great pride in representing Greene County and small-town Indiana values on a national stage.
