BEDFORD — The Bedford Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old girl who was reported as a runaway juvenile on the morning of Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
Authorities have identified the teenager as Jenisha Rainey. According to police records, she was last seen on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at approximately 11:30 p.m. in the vicinity of 16th Street and Poplar Street.
Local authorities have released the following physical description to aid in her recovery:
- Name: Jenisha Rainey
- Age: 17 years old
- Race/Gender: Black female
- Height: 5’1”
- Weight: 130 lbs
- Hair/Eyes: Brown hair, Brown eyes
At the time of her disappearance, Rainey was reportedly wearing a black t-shirt, multi-colored shorts, and black socks.
