ELNORA — Residents of Elnora will have an opportunity to review and comment on the town’s newly completed Master Utility Plan during a public hearing scheduled for this week.
The public hearing will take place on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Elnora Town Hall.
The upcoming session will focus extensively on the future of the town’s water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure systems. This comprehensive planning initiative was made possible through funding from a Federal Community Development Block Grant, administered through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA).
During the presentation, engineering representatives from Fleis & VandenBrink will walk attendees through the plan’s key findings, current infrastructure assessments, and long-term structural recommendations.
Local officials strongly invite and encourage members of the public to attend the meeting to provide vital community input on these municipal utility services. For more information regarding the hearing or the utility packet, residents can contact Elnora Town Hall directly.
