LAWRENCE COUNTY — Registration is officially open for the annual Lawrence County 4-H Fair, extension officials announced.
Youth competitors looking to showcase their livestock, crafts, and agricultural projects have until June 22 to submit their official entries.
Organizers emphasize that all participants must complete their registration online through the dedicated portal at lawrencecounty.fairentry.com before the upcoming deadline to be eligible for this year’s events.
The fair, a staple of the local community, highlights the efforts of area youth involved in agricultural education, livestock raising, and various hands-on 4-H programs. Images from previous years showcase local youth presenting dairy calves and other livestock in the show ring, a testament to the months of preparation leading up to the exhibition.
The Lawrence County 4-H program operates in partnership with the Purdue University Extension office.
