David Wayne Sipes, 58, of Bedford, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Majestic Care of Bedford.
Ronald was born on July 23, 1967, in East Chicago, Indiana, to parents Ronald Dale and Sally Ann (Bemish) Sipes. Throughout his professional life, he demonstrated a strong work ethic and steady career growth. He began his professional journey at Moore Utility, where he initially worked as a laborer. He later transitioned to Electricom, specializing as a fiber optic driller—a field he dedicated at least 15 years to mastering. Through his experience and dedication, he eventually worked his way up to the position of General Foreman at Electricom
He is survived by his mother, Sally Ann Sipes of Fountain Valley, CA; one brother, Ron Sipes of Bedford; one sister, Dawn (Michael) Basquez of Fountain Valley, CA; several nephews, one niece, and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Dale Sipes.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, April 25th, at Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
