Famed clown band and award-winning “ISFA 1” van to headline 56th Annual Orleans Dogwood Festival Parade

ORLEANS The streets of historic downtown Orleans are set to burst with music, color, and thousands of bubbles as the 56th Annual Orleans Dogwood Festival Parade returns on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

Organizers have confirmed a high-energy lineup for this year’s milestone event, featuring the return of a fan-favorite musical act and a unique mobile tribute to Indiana’s vibrant festival culture.

Before the first float begins its journey, spectators can catch a special live performance by the famed Circle City Sidewalk Stompers Clown Band of Indianapolis. The renowned group will take the Main Stage downtown starting at 1:00 p.m. for a brief, high-spirited show to kick off the afternoon’s festivities.

The main parade is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m., traveling its traditional route down Maple Street (SR 37 S.) and through the heart of the historic downtown area.

Special Guest: The “ISFA 1”

Adding to the festive atmosphere this year is a special guest appearance by the award-winning “Indiana State Festival Association 1” (ISFA 1). The 26 ½-foot step van serves as a mobile billboard for Hoosier hospitality, featuring:

  • Custom Visuals: A colorful promotional wrap showcasing the 2025 Indiana Festival Guide and highlighting over 70 fairs and events across the state.
  • Immersive Sound: A 61-minute custom soundtrack featuring patriotic fanfares, festival classics, and Hoosier musical selections.
