Red Cross partners with Life is Good to boost Indiana blood supply this Spring

INDIANA – The American Red Cross is issuing an urgent call for donors across Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky as spring schedules begin to threaten the stability of the local blood supply. To encourage participation, the Red Cross has announced a new partnership with the positive lifestyle brand Life is Good.

Donors who step up to give blood or platelets between March 30 and April 12, 2026, will receive an exclusive Red Cross x Life is Good T-shirt, while supplies last.

Turning Positivity into Purpose

The collaboration aims to remind Hoosiers that a simple act of kindness can have a massive impact on patients in need.

Linne Kimball, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Life is Good

“Life is Good has always been about more than a T-shirt; it’s a reminder that the world is full of good worth fighting for,” said Linne Kimball, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Life is Good. “Giving blood is proof that one person and one simple act can make a real difference.”

Paul Sullivan, senior vice president of donor services for the Red Cross, noted that “seasonal disruptions” such as spring break and increased outdoor activities often lead to a dip in donor turnout. “Donors must make and keep appointments in the weeks to come to help the blood supply stand up to any challenges,” Sullivan said.
