MITCHELL — Mitchell Main Street Food Trucks are rolling back into town for the first “Food Truck Wednesday” of the year on April 1, 2026. The event, which takes place on the first Wednesday of every month, will be held at 1307 W. Main Street from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m..
The April lineup features a diverse selection of local favorites for lunch and dinner, including:

- Blues Cafe Go
- Bubble Tea Barn
- The 250 Grill
- Hometown Scoops
- Petty’s Pour Decisions
Community members are encouraged to come out and enjoy the tasty lineup as the seasonal event kicks off.
