PAOLI – The LIFE Family Resource Center of Orange County will host two educational sessions focused on supporting families through perinatal mental health. The program, titled Understanding Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, aims to bring together parents, partners, healthcare professionals, and community members to learn practical ways to support emotional well-being during and after pregnancy.

The first session is scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST. A second opportunity to attend will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. EST. Both sessions will be held at the LIFE Family Resource Center located at 1693 W. Hospital Road in Paoli.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore resources that help families thrive and connect with others in the community. Light refreshments will be provided, and attendees may enter a drawing for door prizes.
