MITCHELL – Spring Mill Inn at Spring Mill State Park will host its annual Easter brunch on Sunday, April 5, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu features entrees such as fried chicken, stuffed pork loin, baked white fish with mango salsa, pasta primavera, and carved top round and glazed ham. Sides include mashed potatoes and gravy, country green beans, buttered corn, au gratin potatoes, mac and cheese, glazed baby carrots, tossed salad, pasta salad, coleslaw, and broccoli and cauliflower salad.

Dessert options will include sugar cream pie, apple pie, bread pudding, pineapple soufflé, granny white cake, and blackberry and apple cobbler. Soda and coffee are included in the price, though taxes and service charges are not. The cost is $36.99 for adults and $18.49 for children ages 4 to 10, while children ages 3 and under may eat for free.
