BEDFORD – Agape Kids House of Lawrence County has opened applications for a new scholarship opportunity for high school seniors impacted by foster care.
The scholarship is open to any Lawrence County senior who is currently in foster care, has previously been part of the foster care system, or has lived in a foster home, either as a foster child or as part of a foster family. The scholarship is intended to support students pursuing college, trade school, vocational training, or entry into the workforce.
Applications opened today and must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on March 31. The scholarship recipient will be announced by April 10, with the award presented on May 2.
