INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Chamber of Commerce will bring together human resources professionals from across the state – and recognize an outstanding honoree – at its upcoming 62nd Annual Indiana HR Conference and Expo.
The three-day program, which will take place April 28-30 at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis, offers a wide variety of in-depth workshops and sessions for the modern HR staffer. Top industry services and products also will be showcased at the full market expo. The event is sponsored by Delta Dental of Indiana and held in partnership with Bose McKinney & Evans LLP.
“Human resources professionals are at the center of today’s most important workplace conversations, helping their organizations adapt, strengthen culture and prepare for what’s next,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “So, it’s exciting to collaborate with such a wide range of accomplished and insightful presenters dedicated to helping our attendees, who come from companies of all sizes and various industries, grow, improve and excel in their roles.
“This year’s lineup of speakers promises to deliver exceptional value, and our expo exhibitors will likewise offer a deep well of resources, tools and guidance to support HR teams throughout the state.”
The morning keynote on April 29 will feature speaker, consultant and coach Chris Rollins. His presentation will focus on how belonging isn’t built by big initiatives alone, but through the small, everyday moments where people feel seen, heard and valued.
The closing keynote speaker is Amanda Areces, president of HRD*| A Leadership Development Company. Her presentation is titled, “Leading the Shift: Developing the Next Generation of Leaders Before They’re in Charge.”
Also on the agenda are workshops and sessions on HR leadership, compliance fatigue, workplace culture, developing talent, mental fitness, disciplinary documentation and much more.
Additionally, nominations are still being accepted for the 2026 Ogletree Deakins Human Resources Professional of the Year Award, which will be presented during a luncheon at the conference on April 30. All full-time HR practitioners in Indiana who have made significant contributions to their organizations through the past year are eligible for nomination; the deadline is March 9.
