From Mystery to Mastery: Learn to harness AI at February’s Martin County Alliance event

LOOGOOTEE — Is Artificial Intelligence a mystery to you, or a tool you’ve been meaning to master? The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth is looking to bridge that digital divide with its upcoming February Lunch & Learn session.

The event, titled specifically around the use of ChatGPT, aims to demystify generative AI for local business owners, students, and curious residents alike.

The session is designed to fit into a standard lunch break, offering high-impact information in a concise format:

  • Date: Tuesday, February 10, 2026
  • Time: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Location: Bowling Manufacturing Building

Rather than focusing on complex coding, the workshop will highlight practical, real-world uses for ChatGPT. Organizers intend to show how the tool can streamline everyday tasks, such as:

  • For Business: Drafting professional emails, creating marketing copy for social media, and summarizing long reports.
  • For Everyday Life: Planning weekly meal schedules, drafting household budgets, or getting creative inspiration for DIY projects.

The event is open to the public, but space is limited. Interested attendees are required to RSVP by Thursday, February 5, to ensure proper accommodations.

To reserve your spot, call 812-295-4800 or email Jessica.Potts@martinalliance.org

Whether you are a total tech novice or someone looking to sharpen your digital skills, the Alliance encourages everyone to come and learn how this technology can work for the Martin County community.
