BLOOMINGTON – The Commission on the Status of Women will host the 2026 Women’s History Month Luncheon on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the Monroe Convention Center, celebrating women who are leading meaningful change toward a more sustainable future.

Held in honor of Women’s History Month, the luncheon will recognize women who are re-imagining and rebuilding systems that promote long-term sustainability across the environment, economy, education, and other vital areas of community life. The event will feature keynote speaker Deana Potterf, CEO of Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, who will share insights on leadership, innovation, and impact.
In addition to the keynote address, the luncheon will honor recipients of the 2026 Women’s Achievement Awards. Categories include Woman of the Year, the Toby Strout Lifetime Contribution Award, Emerging Leader, and Young Woman of the Year. Award recipients will be announced prior to the event.
