PAOLI – Purdue Extension is inviting home cooks of all experience levels to build confidence in the kitchen through its Cook-Along Supper Club, a five-week virtual cooking series taking place Tuesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. throughout March.

Led by Purdue Extension Human and Health Sciences educators, the program is designed to help participants prepare simple, budget-friendly, and nutritious meals from the comfort of their own kitchens. Each session combines hands-on cooking with practical instruction, guest speakers, and tips that participants can immediately apply to everyday meals.
The March session lineup covers a wide range of essential kitchen skills. Topics include cooking with grains and pantry staples, vegetable preparation and knife confidence, fresh food handling and kitchen sanitation, proper protein cooking temperatures and food safety, and building balanced meals with dairy ingredients. Participants may register for individual sessions or the full five-week series, depending on their interests and schedules.
Organizers say the goal of the Cook-Along Supper Club is to make cooking approachable and empowering, especially for those looking to stretch their food budget while improving nutrition and safety at home.
Registration is open now at https://tinyurl.com/CookAlongSupperClub. Individuals who need accommodations, including dietary needs or interpreter services, are encouraged to contact Purdue Extension prior to the program.
