PAOLI – Orange County livestock producers will have an opportunity to earn or renew their Beef Quality Assurance certification during a free training class Thursday, Jan. 22, at the Orange County Community Center.
The class begins at 6 p.m. and will cover best-practice cattle management techniques to promote animal care and environmental stewardship in line with nationally recognized guidelines within the U.S. beef industry.

Organizers noted BQA certification is valid for three years, making the upcoming session a good renewal option for producers who last certified in 2023. There is no cost to attend, and refreshments will be provided.
Those planning to attend are asked to RSVP to Cody Gardner at 812-216-5344 or James Eldridge at 812-865-0213. The Orange County Community Building is located at 1075 Sandy Hook Road, Suite 2, in Paoli.
