MITCHELL – Spring Mill Inn is inviting guests to celebrate Valentine’s weekend with two special dining events at Spring Mill State Park in Mitchell.
The inn will host a Valentine’s Dinner Buffet on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, from 5–8 p.m. The menu includes carved prime rib, whole poached Atlantic salmon, chicken in champagne cream sauce, a variety of side dishes, and a full soup and salad bar. A non-alcoholic drink is included, along with red velvet cake and cheesecake for dessert. The cost is $36.99 per person.
On Sunday, Feb. 15, the inn will offer a Galentine’s Brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The specialty brunch buffet includes flourless chocolate cake, and guests can add a mimosa for an additional charge. Brunch is $26.99 per person. Guests must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol, and a non-alcoholic drink is included for those under 21.
