Lawrence County Soil & Water Conservation District to hold 68th Annual Meeting

BEDFORD — The Lawrence County Soil and Water Conservation District will host its 68th Annual Meeting on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bedford First Church of God, located at 3131 16th Street in Bedford.

The evening will begin with a catered meal provided by Cedar Hill, followed by district elections, a business meeting, and the presentation of conservation awards recognizing individuals and organizations for their contributions to soil and water stewardship in Lawrence County.

Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased at the SWCD office at 1919 Steven Avenue in Bedford. Payment is accepted only in cash or check. Ticket sales and RSVPs must be completed by Friday, February 13.
