BEDFORD — As downtown gears up for its annual Christmas parade, Agape Kids House is opening its doors to the community for a warm and welcoming holiday celebration. The Agape Christmas Open House will take place Saturday, Dec. 6, from 4 to 6 p.m., offering families a festive stop before the evening’s parade.
The event is open to the public, but organizers say they especially hope to welcome local foster and kinship families — a group at the heart of Agape’s mission. Guests can enjoy sweet treats, hot chocolate, and holiday cheer, along with the chance to learn more about Agape Kids House and the support it provides to children in care.
A special gift will be available exclusively for foster and kinship families, part of Agape’s ongoing efforts to celebrate and support the caregivers who step in when children need safety, stability, and love.

Staff and volunteers will be on hand to answer questions, share stories, and talk about opportunities to help — whether through volunteering, donations, or becoming involved in foster care support services.
Residents are encouraged to stop by on their way to the parade, grab a cup of hot chocolate, and spend a few minutes celebrating the season with an organization dedicated to bringing hope to local children.
