BLOOMINGTON – Session I of The Skating School is now open for registration. The program, which features a curriculum based on best practices from the Ice Skating Institute’s Learn-to-Skate program and U.S. Figure Skating’s Basic Skills program, is designed for skaters of all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Classes are 30 minutes long, with an additional 30 minutes of independent practice time included. Each session lasts for eight weeks, with levels available from Tot to Adult.
The dates for Session I are as follows:
- Thursdays: October 9 to December 11
- Fridays: October 10 to December 12
- Saturdays: October 11 to December 13
Classes will not be held on November 27. The registration fee is $80, which includes skate rental. The registration deadline is October 6.
