SEYMOUR — The Arc of Jackson County will hold its annual Bingo for a Purpose fundraiser on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #655, 122 E. Second St. Doors open at 5 p.m., and games begin at 6 p.m.
Tickets cost $30 and may be purchased in advance by calling 812-271-2200, emailing kendra@arcjacksoncounty.org, or visiting the Arc office at 320 Dupont Drive, Suite A, in Seymour. Tickets will also be available at the door while supplies last. Purchases can be made by PayPal or Venmo at @arcjacksoncounty.
The evening will feature the Rolling Pig Pin food truck from 5 to 7 p.m. as well as a wide range of prizes. Items include 75-inch televisions and an Echelon stationary bike from Walmart North Vernon, a 10.1-cubic-foot refrigerator/freezer from The Home Depot in Seymour, and gift cards from Bob Poynter Chevrolet Buick GMC. A variety of designer purses will also be among the prizes.
Bingo for a Purpose serves as one of the Arc’s major fundraising events each year. The organization provides support and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families throughout Jackson County.
