Purdue Extension to host ‘Cooking with an Air Fryer’ workshop Sept. 24

BLOOMFIELD — Purdue Extension–Greene County will host a hands-on workshop later this month to help residents learn how to make the most of one of today’s most popular kitchen gadgets: the air fryer.

The class, Cooking with an Air Fryer, will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Purdue Extension Office, 4503 W. State Road 54, Bloomfield.

Participants will learn the basics of using an air fryer, explore its benefits, and watch a live food demonstration. The workshop will also cover how to care for and maintain the appliance.

The session will be led by D’Lee Rush, Health and Human Sciences Educator, who will guide attendees through practical cooking tips designed to make healthier, convenient meals.
