PAOLI — The Paoli Public Library will host the third session of its genealogy workshop series on Tuesday, September 16, from 1 to 2 p.m.
The program, presented in partnership with the Lost River DAR, the Orange County Clerk, Recorder, and Health Department, and the Paoli Public Library, will focus on basic genealogy and county government resources. Becky Gardner, Orange County DAR registrar, will also participate.
Organizers said the session is open to anyone interested in researching their family history, whether just beginning or already underway. The workshop will provide guidance on resources available through local government offices to aid family research.
Workshops are free, but advance registration is required. Attendees should RSVP by Sept. 12 by calling the library at 812-723-3841.
The Paoli Public Library is located at 100 W. Water St., Paoli.
