Spotlight on adoptable animals during Labor of Love event

BLOOMINGTON— The City of Bloomington Animal Care and Control is shining a spotlight on one of its most social residents, Jeremiah, a year-and-a-half-old dog hoping to find his forever home during the shelter’s “Labor of Love” adoption event.

Jeremiah

Jeremiah is described as the life of the party, a social pup who thrives on human interaction and busy settings. The shelter notes he would be the perfect companion for anyone who enjoys social outings, from local events like Food Truck Friday to relaxing activities like Movies in the Park.

The Labor of Love adoption event runs through August 30th, with all adoption fees waived for every available animal.

The shelter is currently at full capacity, and staff emphasize that every adoption makes a significant difference.
