MONTGOMERY – The annual Turkey Trot is introducing a new event this year: its first-ever BBQ Cook-Off. The competition will be held on Saturday, September 6, from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.
BBQ chefs are invited to compete for a trophy and bragging rights. Community members can come out to sample the BBQ and vote for their favorite in the People’s Choice Category.
It’s a festival with live music, fun festivities, and events. The Montgomery Ruritan Club hosts the event.
