BEDFORD — An immunization clinic will be held at the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence County on Saturday, August 2nd, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The clinic, located at 2009 19th Street, Bedford, IN 47421, aims to break down barriers and provide vaccines to the community.

Walk-ins are welcome on the day of the clinic, but individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to provide consent for vaccination.

To participate, individuals can scan the provided QR code or complete the online form at patients.vaxcare.com/registration. The enrollment code is IN65942. When selecting the clinic, please choose “The Boys & Girls Club of Bedford-8/2/25.”

Attendees are asked to bring their insurance cards. The clinic accepts and bills all insurance providers, including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid. There is no cost for those without insurance, except for the Shingles and adult RSV vaccines, which may have a required co-pay.

All CDC-recommended vaccines will be provided. Clinic staff will consult the state immunization registry to assess each individual’s immunization needs. If you wish to refuse a specific vaccine, please contact the Indiana Immunization Coalition at least 48 hours before the event by emailing clinic@vaccinateindiana.org.
