BEDFORD – The Mitchell Band Boosters are inviting the community to “Make a Splash for a Great Cause” with a dunk tank fundraiser at the Lawrence County 4-H Fair on Monday, July 7th, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Attendees can test their aim and try to dunk a musician, with all proceeds directly benefiting the Mitchell Band. Funds raised will help cover essential costs such as instrument repairs, new music, and other program needs.
Pricing for the dunk tank is $5 for three balls or $1 per throw. The dunk tank will be located between the Cattlemen’s and Jr. Leaders stands at the fair.
For those unable to attend in person, donations are still gratefully accepted. Contributions can be made by cash, check, or via Venmo, directed to the Mitchell Band Boosters.
