BLOOMINGTON — Ivy Tech Community College will open its doors to the public for a comprehensive open house designed to spotlight its academic offerings and workforce training programs, college officials announced Thursday.

The event, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., will take place on the Bloomington campus, 200 Daniels Way. “We want prospective students and families to see everything Ivy Tech has to offer—from degree and certificate coursework to hands-on training and career support,” said Michelle Andrews, director of campus outreach. “It’s a chance to explore pathways that lead directly to employment or a four-year college degree.”
Attendees can expect:
- Guided campus tours at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
- Program demonstrations in labs and the Culinary CoLab
- Presentations on financial aid, scholarships and transfer agreements
- Conversations with local employer partners and alumni
