BEDFORD — Lawrence County 4-H members will have the chance to showcase their driving skills in a series of operator contests on Wednesday, July 10 at the Lawrence County 4-H Fairgrounds.
The competition will feature three categories: Tractor Operator, Lawn & Garden Operator, and Zero Turn Operator. Youth participants will navigate through obstacle courses designed to test precision, safety awareness, and equipment handling.
To participate, 4-H members must register online through FairEntry by Tuesday, June 18.
Organizers say the event helps teach real-world skills in a fun, competitive setting and encourages responsibility and confidence among youth in agricultural and mechanical disciplines.
